The exchange offers poor transparency regarding payment sources and shifts all responsibility and legal risks onto the client.
If you want to avoid issues with banks or law enforcement, I would recommend avoiding this exchange.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take such claims seriously.
After reviewing our records, we are currently unable to locate any order that matches the details described in your comment, and we also did not receive any inquiry from you through our official support channels. To date, no related case has been reported to us.
We kindly ask you to contact us directly via one of our official channels listed on our website and provide additional details such as an order ID, transaction hash, or date of exchange. This will allow us to investigate the situation properly and assist you if there is a legitimate issue.
Without verifiable information, we are unfortunately unable to confirm or address the claim. We remain fully open to reviewing any documented concern and resolving it through the appropriate support process.

believe it would be better to continue this discussion in private messages in order to clarify certain details.
At this stage, I am not able to disclose the sender’s name or personal details, as they are part of a pre-trial investigation.

Today I personally visited the police, where it was officially confirmed that one of the transactions sent by this exchanger is linked to fraud.
I contacted the exchanger’s support team with a direct and reasonable question:
do they know the sender and where they obtained the data of the account from which the funds were sent?
I received no clear answer.
The exchanger avoided providing any explanation or official comment.
At the same time, the exchanger continues to request detailed information from me.
However, I am legally prohibited from disclosing any details, in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, and I was personally instructed by the police not to share this information.
The only information I am allowed to provide is the official police case number.
If the exchanger is acting in good faith, they can independently contact the police and request clarification.
As a result of this situation, I have faced serious consequences, including bank account restrictions.
Based on the facts above, I consider the exchanger’s behavior unprofessional and irresponsible, especially in a situation involving AML issues and a police investigation.
I believe other users have the right to be aware of these risks.

We have not received a response from you for the past three days.
To proceed and assist you properly, we require official documentation confirming the issue, as previously requested. Unfortunately, we cannot rely solely on verbal statements without any supporting information.
Please note that we are fully willing to help and take responsibility if there is an issue; however, your cooperation is necessary. Without the requested documents, we are unable to move forward.
We are still waiting for your response via email. Kindly contact us as soon as possible and provide the required information so we can assist you effectively.
As we said we take the full responsibility of this case but without your collaboration we can’t more to the next step
Thank you for your understanding.

I have already provided all the information and documents that I consider appropriate in this situation. I do not see any valid reason to send you additional bank correspondence or further “proof.”
The comment I left on BestChange is fully justified and based on the actual outcome of the transaction and its consequences for me. A police process is currently ongoing regarding the related payment, and I am limited in what information I am allowed to share with third parties.
Your requested documents and your involvement will not help to restore or reopen my bank account, and therefore there is no practicalpurpose in continuing to collect and send more materials to you.
| Monease admin | January 29, 2026 10:55 |
You have not provided any proof to support your claims. At this time, we are receiving only written statements from you, without any evidence to verify the information you shared.
We cannot take action based solely on words without supporting documentation. Providing the required information takes no more than two minutes, so we do not understand why it has not been submitted yet. This raises concerns and suggests that there may be inconsistencies in the information provided.
Please submit all the required information as soon as possible so we can proceed accordingly.
Thank you for your cooperation.

I would like to clarify once again that I have already provided official supporting documents regarding this transaction.
Specifically, I have submitted: — an official letter from my bank requesting an explanation for this transaction
— the document the bank sent me the day after the transaction took place
— an official document from the police stating that I am not allowed to disclose the details of this case
Please carefully review the letter from my bank. It clearly states, in black and white, that the contract termination will take effect one month after I received the notice.
You are asking me to provide a video showing that my bank account is no longer working. However, the account is still temporarily active and will be blocked within the next two weeks. Once the block is completed, I will provide you with the requested proof. Requesting such proof at this moment is not reasonable because the blocking process has not yet been finalized.
The fact that you continue to request evidence that cannot yet exist strongly suggests that the documents I already provided have not been properly reviewed.
Please review the submitted materials carefully and respond accordingly.
