Hello, i made an exchange from usdt Polygon to skrill usdt, i followed all steps and i have paid and after i sent the money from my wallet i clicked on marked is paid i waited now more than 2 hours and still Sending Status is Awaiting payment confirmation,,, so i payment did not confirmed yet and i did not get the money so i want to solve it quickly and i come here because the support do not reply to me so i need finish the exchange and send my money to my skrill account, and i have all proofs.

I will give a positive short review) The exchange is very fast, with a minimum commission and a prize draw, everything is clear and without unnecessary problems, thank you.

The advertised rate and the floating rate is very different.
When setting up my exchange, until the final page where it confirms and gives you sending address, all of a sudden the rate goes down by 0.03 around ~7 usd. Meanwhile the floating rate on the website is still changing, but is still much higher than your rate.
I even calculated their advertised floating rate at the time my crypto was sent compared to how much i recieved, and it was indeed around ~7 usd or 2% different.
I confronted them about this but they are arguementative and dont admit anything, they said when recieving the crypto the rate will be calculated according to the floating rate, but that didnt happen since i recieved much less. blatantly misleading customers and false advertisement.
I welcome all to test it themselves, once you go to the final page where you need to send crypto, all of a sudden your rate will drop.

I sent USDT to exchange for euros — it's been over 24 hours, the crypto was deducted, but I still haven’t received the euros. The website states that the exchange is usually completed within 6 hours, but that deadline has long passed. Support responds but doesn’t provide any clear timeframe, which is worrying. I really hope the transaction will eventually go through, but so far the experience has been frustrating — especially due to the lack of transparency and unexplained delays.

But on site *** — it shows error for Payoneer USD -> USDT TRC20. "Please select a different sending method."

It was done in no time.

When exchanging (USDT TRC20 to EURO), I received ˆ5.97 less than what was indicated in my order. I contacted customer support via chat, where I was told that resolving this issue would take more time and that they would respond by email.

The following day I did not receive any response, so I messaged support again. Once more, I was told to wait, but when I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was offered a refund in the form of cryptocurrency on a different network, which I do not use. I refused, as I don’t need funds sent in another network. Then they offered to send the missing amount in EURO, but said it might take up to 12 hours. I agreed to this. At the moment, another full day has passed and I have not received either the money or any clarification of the situation.

5 euros is not a lot of money, but I don’t understand why these people have such a careless and irresponsible attitude toward a problem that they themselves created. I understand that anyone can make a mistake, and I have dealt with similar situations with other exchange services before, but there the issue was always resolved as quickly as possible and with apologies.

At this point, apart from not receiving the money, I have also wasted quite a lot of my own time. That’s why I strongly do not recommend using this exchange service.
