Hey, I’m really disappointed with this service. I waited more than 13 hours (!) for my order to fulfill! Their website didn’t even recognize my transaction until I messaged them myself. I contacted support several times, explained that the swap was urgent and asked them to please speed it up. But all I got was the same “just wait” kind of replies — no apology, nothing. In the end, after 13 hours of waiting, I asked for a refund. That took another 4.5 hours, even though they promised it would be reviewed within an hour. Honestly, this is just terrible. If you’re not working properly, why are you even on BestChange? It’s supposed to be BEST change, not the WORST! Here are plenty of other fast and reliable services I could’ve used instead — would’ve saved me time and stress. Admins of BestChange, please remind exchangers of the basic standards of customer service. If a service fails to deliver timely support or process transactions as promised, it damages trust in the whole platform. I have screenshots of everything as evidence.

Please do not change your words. You said that you have technical problems and that you have 24 hours to execute the order, but you can return the money because the situation can drag on for 5 to 7 days.
