My money were suddenly frozen without any clear explanation. The company was demanding some documents — proof of my workplace, detailed confirmation of where every cent in my wallet came from, and other absurd requirements. They refused to release my money. This feels like a deliberate attempt to block withdrawals. Absolutely unacceptable. I do NOT recommend this service to anyone.
